Prayer Needed as Launch Approaches in Pittsburgh
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to give another update as we are approaching our launch day (Oct. 2) for Living Faith Community Church. We had a great outreach at the Autumn Festival on September 17th in Robinson Township. There were hundreds of people and we got to interact with a bunch of them! Many faces were painted, pictures taken, conversations had, and much literature about LFCC distributed. You can check out many of the pictures at our Facebook page. Thank you for praying for us!
We have also started meeting at our new location - the Marriott hotel. What is so cool is although we haven't officially launched yet, God has already brought visitors and we are getting the opportunity to minister to them!
God has opened up a door for us at the Western Area YMCA. We will be partnering with them to put on a Family Fun Day this Saturday (Sept. 24). It will be a great day of games, food, and fun for the whole family. The staff at the YMCA will actually help us put on the event. Please pray for the event that we may have many great interactions for the Gospel and our upcoming church launch. I can see great future potential with this new partnership with the YMCA. We will actually be there this Wednesday to hand out free bottles of water, along with invites to the Family Fun Day, our upcoming movie outreach, and church launch.
Courageous movie (Oct. 1, 4pm) - please pray that people will come to the movie and people will be impacted. Please pray that we will then have the opportunity to disciple many from this as they then come to our church.
In addition to these events, we will have a church picnic on Oct. 16, which will give us a great opportunity to really connect with those who come to visit our church services from the previous weeks.

- Please pray for LFCC to be humbly united
- Please pray for people to attend the events and our launch
- Please pray for hearts to be ready & responsive
- Please pray for our future direction & new partnership with YMCA
