Summit Denver Working Out New Digs
Friends of Summit Denver,
I wanted to update you as to our progress in developing our new space. After closing on our new lease in November, we took the past several weeks to have several workdays where people from our church and our community gave time to get our space ready. It's still a work in progress, but we'll have everything completed by our January 1st move-in date. You can see the attached photos to see the progress first-hand.
Just a few other notes we thought you may be interested in:
- this past Sunday night we had our first ever Summit Class (new members' class). We had around 25 people in attendance and at least 11 have indicated their desire to become covenant members of our church. Please pray for the new member interviews we'll be conducting next week.
- we just wrapped up our four month "Legacy" series in 1 and 2 Timothy and are in the middle of a four week Advent series called, "Hope is Here" from Luke 1 and 2.
- we have seen our Sunday evening gathering grow to around 75 adults weekly. Please pray that our growth continues and remains healthy.
